Become Hustler is a simulation game designed to help aspiring founders practice startup conversations. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. You agree not to misuse Become Hustler or help anyone else do so.
You may be required to sign in to Become Hustler via Google OAuth or connect a TikTok account for sharing features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All game content, scenarios, and simulation scripts are owned by us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Any content you submit (e.g. feedback) grants us a non-exclusive licence to use it to improve the Service.
Become Hustler integrates with third-party APIs, including TikTok and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The simulation is for educational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional business advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
